About Annamaria

I focus my practice on family law, and my goal is always to help my clients achieve their goals without having to go to court, especially when children are involved. Sometimes it's necessary to seek a resolution in court, but it is rarely in the best interests of a child for a judge - rather than the parents - to make the decision about when the child can spend time with Mom and time with Dad. Many of my clients have chosen to use the Collaborative Process to resolve their custody, support, and property issues instead of going to court. It allows them to maintain privacy, become educated about financial and child issues, and make informed decisions about their children and their finances.

I also believe that getting a divorce shouldn't break the bank. I offer clients the option of "unbundled" or "a la carte" legal services so that the client is purchasing only the service that he or she needs to move forward with the case.
