About Solomon
I am a husband, father, and Texas lawyer, in that order. Before moving to Southeast Texas, I lived and practiced law near Cancun, Mexico. When I tell people that, most ask me, “Why did you move to Beaumont from there?â€
The answer to that is simple, and it is the reason why most people move to the Beaumont-Port Arthur area: I wanted to provide a better life for my family. Living on the Caribbean coast was beautiful and exotic, but the United States is my home. It is the land of opportunity. I have a couple of young children and a beautiful wife that deserve the opportunities that living in the United States affords us.
While I was working on getting my license to practice law in Texas, I got a job with a great local company as their Human Resources Director. During that time, I realized that Southeast Texas was home. Although I really enjoyed working in local industry, my passion is the practice of law.
I like helping clients to solve their problems. The best part of being a lawyer is making my clients’ lives better.
Education
I graduated top of my class with my first law degree from UNID in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. I received my Masters in American Law (LLM) from the University of Houston. I have attended various seminars and courses on topics such as Finance for Attorneys, Real Estate Law, and Immigration Law.
A Lawyer for Everyday People
I try to practice the type of law that solves the problems of the common person. My work in local industry has helped me understand the issues that everyday, working people face in their lives. I know that nobody ever wants to have to call a lawyer, but when they do, they want someone who understands their needs and works around the issues they face.
Furthermore, I understand that people work hard for their money and don’t want to give it all away to a lawyer. I strive to provide affordable legal services to working people. I believe that everyone should be able to afford legal services and am committed to providing services to my clients in a way that doesn’t break the bank.
