About Pearl

For the past 18 months, as a special assistant attorney general for the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General, I worked on cases involving civil litigation and prosecutions in the courts and administrative tribunals of the District seeking enforcement of the District’s laws and regulations to protect the public welfare. In addition to appearing in D.C. Superior Court and the Office of Administrative Hearings, I have also appeared before various boards, including the Board of Nursing and the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. Currently, I am specializing in Medicaid claim disputes, administrative law, and family law.
