Seth grew up in Houston, Texas but has made Washington, DC his home. He has a daughter, son, and loving wife. When he is not spending time with his family (his daughter loves the zoo and has boundless energy these days), or on the racquetball court, he is representing his clients. Seth loves to practice law, listens intently to his clients, and is a zealous advocate.

Seth graduated from Georgetown Law, one of the top 14 law schools in the nation. He has served as a clerk to two federal judges and worked at several law firms. While he has a diverse range of legal experiences, several of the more memorable cases in his career include :

Representing commercial real estate corporation in the sale of multi-million dollar NNN leases accross the country.

Representing a small government contractor in a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO") case.

Defending a local business in a breach of contract action filed by one of the largest food distributors in the nation.

Co-counsel in a class action involving millions of similarly situated individuals against one of the largest retailers in the country for claims arising under the Driver Privacy Protection Act.
