About Michael

!. I represent families with children with special needs both in the Juvenal court and before the Bureau of special Education Appeals and in Federal Court. Almost all students in the Juvenal court are on IEPs and are not receiving appropriate services or education. When Massachusetts enacted proposition 2 1/2 the independent financial authority of school committees was destroyed to the school systems financial disruption and caused a significant drop in education services to all our children.
2. I take some cases in probate court.
