About Donald

I have been practicing law in Texas since 2008 and provide compassionate, yet zealous legal counseling and representation. I concentrate my practice in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, probate/estate planning, and general civil law.

I am a solo practitioner and pride myself on being able to compete on price, something that most other law firms do not offer.

I occasionally contract a paralegal to assist with some document drafting, but do most of my administrative duties on my own. This saves money in overhead expenses and allows me to offer these high quality legal services without the $2,000 - $3,000 retainer fees demanded from most other firms. My office space does not have a room to meet for consultations. Therefore, I typically hold my consultations over the phone or meet clients at the courthouse, a Starbucks, or an office-share consultation room (additional fees usually apply for consultation rooms). This arrangement has worked for hundreds of clients and saves on costs, which is directly passed on to you, the client, through lower retainer deposits.
