About Marcie

​Marcie Trevino Ripper is Bell Ripper PLLC's Managing Partner. She practices wills and estate planning law. She will help you plan so that your family and loved ones are taken care of after your passing. Prior to opening Bell Ripper PLLC, Marcie served as Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff’s Chief of Staff, worked with the Hidalgo Foundation of Bexar County, Inc., and the Bexar County Childrens Court. Marcie has a JD and MPA from St. Mary’s University and a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from the University of Texas, Austin. Marcie is active within the community and serves as Vice Chair of the Bexar County Child Welfare Board and was on the 2017 March for Babies Executive Leadership Committee. Marcie and her husband Phillip have been together since 8th grade and their most recent adventure together has been tackling the world of parenting as they welcomed their son Lincoln Thomas in April 2016, and their daughter Austen Alicia in May 2018.
