About Jamie
Jamie Sutton is a former Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps, who served four years in the infantry including a combat tour in Iraq. He has dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Criminal Justice and Philosophy, a Master of Arts in Religion and a graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, licensed to practice in the State of Indiana since 2017.
He has served as the Student Director of the Inmate Legal Assistance Project, an Experienced Volunteer for the Protective Order Project, and with the Non-Profit Legal Clinic at IU Maurer.
No stranger to hard work, his experiences working with indigent prisoners and victimized women as a law student have inspired him to try and make legal access affordable to the masses. He serves as Justice Unlocked’s Executive Director and has been one of the attorneys since his admission to the Indiana State Bar in 2017.
