About Terence

I am an experienced attorney with over 40 years practice. Being immersed immediately after law school, in large, significant federal litigation as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio, provided tremendous breadth and depth of trial experience and knowledge of litigation tools and the process itself.

Representing hundreds of regular individuals in private practice as a litigator and mediator, has led me to appreciate the personal, emotional, financial and opportunity costs involved in litigation, and to work closely with clients to help them manage and maximize the process for them.

The hundreds of pro bono hours I have spent have been in designing and implementing programs and systems for institutions to permit and promote litigant self-determination, and in working individually with clients to support them in taking charge of their lives and decision-making, and making the most informed decisions they can.
