About Helayn
As a plaintiff's attorney, I was instrumental in obtaining payment for outstanding judgments worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.
I am currently involved in a case where my client is owed monies due to a breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.
I have defended a client who was accused of fraud with respect to a probate matter. We not only prevailed in the Surrogate's Court, we prevailed in the Appellate Court.
In an emotional family court matter, where both of the child's parents were deceased, and one grandparent was suing the other for visitation of the child he had never met, we prevailed in denying that visitation. And, thankfully, I was able to assist in the adoption of the child to another family member.
I have drafted, negotiated and reviewed numerous business and personal contracts.
I have drafted wills and assisted with guardianship matters.
No matter is too big or too small. I am always here to listen and help.
