
Are Courts in Arizona, Florida and California Open?
Arizona, California, and Florida have seen a massive uptick in Coronavirus cases over the last few weeks.
That has, of course, affected the hours of operation, and safety procedures, in many courthouses.

- Jury summons were suspended until May 1st. If one was received after, call the court clerk.

- You may request to record oral arguments.

- As ordered by the court, attorneys will deliver oral arguments remotely through video communication or telephone conference.
- An oral argument calendar has been arranged.
- These arguments are to be limited to 5 uninterrupted minutes each
- No public seating will be allowed.
- The public may view proceedings through live streaming.
- Seating inside the court will be limited to 15 members of the press.
