The Municipal Court in Fayetteville, Georgia is where you MUST appear for citations such as:

  • DUI
  • Suspended License
  • Marijuana Possession
  • Underage Possession of Alcohol
  • Reckless Driving
  • Eluding or Fleeing an Officer
  • No Insurance
  • Shoplifting
  • Interference with Police
  • Loitering 
 

When to show up:

  • Court dates have been rescheduled due to COVID-19. 
  • Court is held 6 times each month.
  • The Municipal Court of Fayetteville does not e-mail its court appearance notices.
